From this video, I think that Marc Jacobs is a responsible person.

Also, I can feel how busy a designer is.

Not only drawing, but anything related.

Thus, the attitude is very important.

Once you enjoy what you are doing, everything should being easier and fun. =]

MJ & Stephen Sprouse --- LV collection

Marc Jacobs was appointed Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton since 1997.

He cooperated with Stephen Sprouse in LV 2001 S/S collection.

Stephen Sprouse was a fashion designer and artist credited with pioneering the 1980s mix of "uptown sophistication in clothing with a downtown punk and pop sensibility".

However, unfortunately, he died of heart failure, after a closely guarded diagnosis of lung cancer a year before. He was 50.

Poker cards walking in Mongkok MTR station =]

There are totally 4 different poker cards walking in MK MTR station today~haha

Diamond, Club, Heart and Spade 7 should be just already enjoyed watching rugby 7 competition together in Hong Kong Stadium.



Their creative clothings are so eye catching in such heavy traffic station!!!

Some people including me want to take photo with them, however, they are really in a hurry.....

My friend told me more funny and fantasy clothings can be found in HK stadium.

It does sound great but I don't have money to buy the tickets, so sorry~~~

According to my research by Marc Jacobs official websites,
there are totally 39 MJ stores around the world right now.



From the upper photos, I find that the shops in US, Europe and Russia mostly are street stores.
The decoration are different and special from others.
However, the shops in Middle East and Aisa are mostly in the malls.
The decoration are similar and boring.

One interesting thing is that 8 Stores are in South Korea,but only 5 stores in China and Taiwan.
Mostly there are only one stores in other places.

Also, the stores of Marc by Marc Jacobs are more than Marc Jacobs one.
It is believe that Marc by Marc Jacobs is more popular than Marc Jacobs.
Or since Marc Jacobs is higher class than Marc Jacobs, so the number of MJ stores is little.

MJ Stores in HK

Till now, there are 2 Marc Jacobs stores in Hong Kong.

One is located in Landmark Central.









I have visited there before.

Not a big store, just 1 floor.

The salespeople are nice. =]

The customers are most likely mature women.


The other one is located in Lane Crawford in Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui.





The visual display is simple and neat.

The products always placed together in the similar color tone.



On thr other hand, there are 7 Marc by Marc Jacobs stores in Hong Kong.

The biggest one should be located in the Fashion Walk in Kingston Streeet in Causeway Bay.










The visual display is more energetic and brigher than Marc Jacobs one.

It just match the target customers' style.

Those who are young, energetic and creative.

Thus, the products of Marc by Marc Jacobs is more colourful compared with Marc Jacobs.

Also, the salepeople are younger.

I have chated with one of them.

She is very polite and nice. Thank You =]

NaRaYa

NaRaYa is a Thai Brand selling bags.

It has its speciality shops in Macau, Japan and Taiwan, but not in HK at all.

However, I find its products are being popular in HK among these months,
especially the one on top left corner.

NaRaYa provides wide range of colors, patterns and shapes with prices about HK$200.

The reasons why NaRaYa being popular in HK are as follows:

For the product,

1) many colors, patterns and shapes provided

2) bags are large enough

3) design is simple and girlish

For the price,

1) reasonable

For the place,

1) no speciality shop in HK ( more attractive for those who want to be special)

He visits the shop today.

Around 15 people follow him and introduce the shop.

What a big event!

This crowded stuff moving from the upper floor to the basement and every corner.

Everyone feel nervous and keep simling and greeting to him.haha

Since I don't know who he is, so I do little resarch about him in the Internet.
